Selecting the best film in competition to win the GdA Director’s Award, will be an entirely female jury made up of the Spanish filmmaker Carla Simón, the Italian director and editor Sara Fgaier, and Hania Mroué, director of Metropolis, the historic arthouse cinema in Beirut and a beacon for Lebanese film culture

Founder and general delegate Giorgio Gosetti has left us at the age of 70.
Entries for 2026 are open!
Submissions will be accepted starting February 10, and up until June 15. Films submitted to our selection committee need to be accompanied by a completed entry form; the form can be found in our 2026 regulation
